At Maple Rock Reserve, it's all about creating an excellent lifestyle for residents. A flat fee of $150 will be added to your rent to enhance your lifestyle. This fee includes utilities (sewer, water, and trash), managed Wi-Fi, and a GreatLife Membership to the primary occupants. Electric is the residents responsibility. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant units are available.
